Solotech finalist at OCTAS 2021

We are very pleased to have learned that our client Solotech is a finalist for an OCTAS in the category “Business Solution – Private Enterprises of all sizes” with their “Service +” solution.The OCTAS Awards recognize the best IT and digital projects of the year. These awards are presented during the OCTAS Grand Evening.

This application developed by Done in close collaboration with the Solotech team is a real-time remote monitoring solution for audiovisual equipment coupled with remote fault resolution. The service automatically generates alerts explaining the failure and instantly notifies the support team by email or phone for priority failures.
